Privacy Policy
Effective August 18, 2026
Overview
This policy explains how LGSE Ltd., the operator of CaseWRX, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website, applications, and related services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, account credentials, workspace settings, government requests, uploaded records, review notes, and case activity. We also collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser information, authentication activity, and service interactions. Payment providers process payment card details; CaseWRX receives transaction, subscription, and limited billing information rather than full card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, create and administer workspaces, provide case-management and document-processing features, support review workflows, process subscriptions, communicate about the service, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
How we share information
We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, storage, document processing, authentication, email, payments, analytics, and security. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.
International processing
Our providers may process information outside your province or country. Information in another jurisdiction may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or regulators under that jurisdiction's laws.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, contractual, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution needs. Workspace administrators remain responsible for their workspace's records obligations. We use administrative, technical, and security safeguards appropriate to the information, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information and may withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. You may also request account deletion and raise a privacy concern. Workspace content may be controlled by your workspace; requests concerning that content should be directed to the applicable workspace administrator.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, preferences, and core service operation. We may also use them to understand and improve service performance where permitted by law.
Children
CaseWRX is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children who cannot provide valid consent under applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice or seek consent where required for material changes.
