Terms of Service
Effective August 18, 2026
Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and LGSE Ltd., the operator of CaseWRX. They govern your access to and use of CaseWRX. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use CaseWRX.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Case management service
CaseWRX helps workspaces receive, organize, review, and manage government information requests and related records. It does not provide legal advice or replace your workspace's professional judgment, statutory duties, retention policies, or required review procedures.
Your data
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant CaseWRX a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and display that information as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the authority and rights needed to provide it.
Confidential and sensitive information
You are responsible for deciding what information may be uploaded and for configuring access appropriately. Do not use CaseWRX for information that applicable law, policy, or contract prohibits you from processing through the service. Outputs and suggested workflows must be reviewed by an authorized person before disclosure or other action.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, violate law or third-party rights, interfere with security or availability, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use CaseWRX to harm others.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features are billed through our payment provider at the price and interval shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You authorize applicable recurring charges and taxes. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
Third-party services
CaseWRX relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and may change or become unavailable. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Service changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, legal or security risk, or misuse. You may stop using CaseWRX at any time.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseWRX is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseWRX and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or loss of profits, data, or business. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid CaseWRX in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide notice of material changes. Where appropriate, we will ask you to accept revised Terms before continued use.
